CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our retreats are designed to be small for a more intimate and personal experience, our cancellation policy helps us and our guests manage any unexpected changes effectively

• HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON 

• Final balance due 30 days before retreat start date - this payment is non-refundable at this point.

• Cancellations after 30-days before the retreat start date, sorry, no refunds. No exceptions.

• Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.​

We understand that no one plans to cancel a retreat, but we recognize that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and encourage you to carefully review and understand our cancellation policies. Please note that we cannot make exceptions to these policies, including for weather conditions, illness, injury, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be provided for failure to attend, failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We highly suggest you invest in trip cancellation insurance to protect your fees in case you or a family member experience a medical issue before or during the retreat. This insurance can also cover medical expenses if you sustain an injury while participating in the retreat.
