CANCELLATION POLICY

Since our retreats are designed to be small for a more intimate and personal experience, our cancellation policy helps us and our guests manage any unexpected changes effectively

• HOLD DEPOSITS $500 (per person) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON 

• Final balance due on June 13th 2026, 30 days before retreat start date 

• Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

• Cancellations after June 13th 2026, 30-days before the retreat start date, sorry, no refunds. No exceptions.​

• The payment plan requires a non-refundable deposit followed by automatic recurring payments for the remaining balance. All payments are non-refundable, and the full balance must be paid no later than June 13th 2026, one month prior to the retreat start date.

We understand that no one plans to cancel a retreat, but we recognize that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and encourage you to carefully review and understand our cancellation policies. Please note that we cannot make exceptions to these policies, including for weather conditions, illness, injury, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be provided for failure to attend, failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

We highly suggest you invest in trip cancellation insurance to protect your fees in case you or a family member experience a medical issue before or during the retreat. This insurance can also cover medical expenses if you sustain an injury while participating in the retreat.
